This strawberry cake was baked in a
jelly roll pan, spread with strawberry preserves
then rolled into the log shape. Covered
with vanilla marsh mellow fondant and decorated
to resemble a crayon for the teachers at a
local school on their first day back for the
year! Hope you have a great year!,

The cakes were AWESOME! He loved them, and they looked wonderful. Every single person at the party wanted to know who made them. Of course I gave them your name :)

GO STEELERS! This IS a cake! The cake itself was made from 4, 10 inch
round cakes, then carved into a helmet shaped. Covered in MM fondant
and painted, of course, with edible paint! The face mask WAS a real face mask, so
do not eat! Happy 13th Birthday Zach!

This cake was made for a local dance studio. Their competition team
was having a team building day and wanted a sweet "TREAT" for the
kids afterwards. Bottom layer was chocolate covered in butter cream with MM
fondant. Top layer was french vanilla cake covered with french vanilla
butter cream and vanilla MM Fondant.

The cake was half milk chocolate filled with chocolate mousse and half french
vanilla filled with vanilla cream mousse. The pool was then carved out
of the middle,( I crumb-coated a thin layer of butter cream icing) then applied
the white marshmallow fondant. I applied thin strips of dark blue to the bottom
of the pool to signify the lanes. I then "filled" the pool with tinted
piping gel. Piped on butter cream icing for the dividers and the letters.
Congratulations Ledford High School Swim Team on a great 2009-2010 year!!
