A cake made for a Cheerleading Banquet

THe cake is dark chocolate cake covered with marshmellow fondant. It was then shaped and tinted with black food coloring and "filled " with the stew! Custom specialty cake

This cake was made to take to a friend's "chicken stew" as a special dessert. 

They have an annual "stew" as we in the south say.  The cake is dark chocolate cake covered with marshmallow fondant.  It was then shaped and tinted with black food coloring and "filled " with the stew!  Now this is one "HOT" stew.  better be careful ..you'll get burned!

This cake was designed for a 4th of July party. The bottom cake is chocolate

with butter cram icing covered with vanilla marsh mellow fondant. The top layer is vanilla bean with butter cream icing covered in marsh mellow fondant. Decorated with MMF decorations...this was a real "Firecracker"!

This was a milk chocolate cake, filled with vanilla cream mousse and then covered with vanilla marshmallow fondant.  The cross and initials were piped with buttercream icing. There was a real ribbon made to place around the bottom of the cross as a keepsake for Zachary.  What a great celebration to be a part of! May God continue to bless you in your walk in life Zachary.
